Gregory A. Presnell, the US District Judge who had the thankless job of refereeing this discovery dispute, has a great solution to deciding the disputed location for a 30(b)(6) deposition: requiring the attorneys to "engage in one (1) game of 'rock, paper, scissors'" in person on the courthouse steps. I wonder how this dispute ended in a motion (actually, I don't really care about that). In the hopes that the attorneys don't end up fighting over the correct rules for rock-paper-scissors, they can look here.
