‘Zero-Rating’ Issue Continues in the Net Neutrality Debate

"Wikipedia Zero, which is limited to developing countries, “might make sense” in such places where people make a dollar a day and where there’s little infrastructure, said Marvin Ammori, a fellow at the New America Foundation.

But in the United States, it’s a different situation, he contended, saying it would be problematic.

“I think that’s a very different circumstance from the United States where… the carriers have really healthy profit margins,” he said."
