FCC 'Close' to Hybrid Net Neutrality Rules

"But according to Stanford Professor Barbara van Schewick, a leading net neutrality advocate, the Mozilla plan won't hold up in court. Using different regulatory powers for consumers and websites relies on "unreasonable" interpretations of the law, she wrote in a filing to the FCC. The only way to really ban Internet "fast lanes" is to fully rely on Title II, she concluded."
