FCC’s 3-2 vote codifies Net Neutrality concept

With the Net Neutrality regulations essentially giving the FCC the power to arbitrate the Internet’s open playing field, Barbara van Schewick - a Stanford University professor of law, and director of the school’s Center for Internet and Society – said that the regulations “ensure that every American — no matter the size of their wallets or the color of their skin — has an equal chance to innovate and reach people online.”
