EU Approves Net Neutrality Rules, Critics Pounce

"According to a letter signed by nearly 50 tech companies, start-ups, and investors, Europe's net neutrality law permits "harmful practices" like fast lanes, zero-rating, class-based discrimination, and impending congestion management.

"These problems jeopardize the future of the start-up innovation and economic growth in the EU," said the letter, penned by Stanford Law Professor Barbara van Schewick.
