Let me tell you the aim and hopes of starting this blog.
Part of the reason why I started this blog is because my advisor, Larry Lessig, encouraged me to do so for my dissertation. He said it would be very helpful to post the result of my research, my thoughts, my struggles, etc, and to seek comments from the experts who would be out there- I know it's a new idea, but I like it. Please make any comments for my entries if you have one!
I also want to introduce Japanese trend and news regarding digital copyright, and also intellectual property issues in general. I feel Japan is still a distant country (maybe because of the language barrier), which is such a pity because there’re many interesting things going on there. I hope I can help filling the gap a little bit.
