Liability could be roadblock for driverless cars

"“What will happen is everybody will get sued,” Smith told the conference. “Some (defendants) will win and some will lose. And those with the deepest pockets will lose the most. Drivers, owners, operators, all the transportation actors, are potential defendants.”"
