I've got a short article on ODR and Web 2.0 up on the site of e-Work Out, a UK-based organization focused on best practices in business processes.
David Feller, the principal behind e-Work Out, approached me about putting the article together, and demonstrated Herculean patience in waiting for me to finish it up.
His organization is really interesting. Based on some of the thinking of Jack Welch about organizational effectiveness, e-Work Out helps "organisations maintain a corporate culture of integrity, backed up by robust business processes." Definitely worth a browse.
Let me know your thoughts about the article. I wish we had an ODR project in development that could leverage all these technologies, but as far as I know, nothing major is on the horizon.
