Well, I had a chance to record a segment for my "fellow CIS fellow" David Levine's radio program Hearsay Culture this morning. It'll play on KZSU (90.1) this afternoon at 5pm. The podcast is now available for download (but it's a big mp3, 50 megs!)
David did a great job -- lots of thoughtful questions, and he really knows his way around technology law. I went off on a few tangents (as I inevitably do) and he masterfully wove things back into the overall theme we were talking about (which was dispute resolution, in both the O and the A varieties.) Also, Dave picked out music selections that fit the theme of dispute resolution... now that's a thoughtful host!
I urge all my CIS cohorts to book a slot on Dave's program if he can fit you in. Not only is it a lot of fun to do, I'm eager to listen in on the conversation... so I suppose the recommendation is motivated primarily by my own self interest.
