I just gave a presentation on ODR at the Australian National Mediation Conference in Hobart, Tasmania. I did it over Polycom videoconferencing hardware, which was surprisingly satisfying. That technology has improved to a very impressive degree in the last few years.
The ODR stream at the conference was quite rich, with Melissa Conley-Tyler presenting on the current state of ODR (in the wake of her guest editorship of the latest Conflict Resolution Quarterly focused on ODR) and Matt Billings presenting on "The Model of Relational Communication: Explaining Difficulties Encountered through the Use of Technology in Alternative Dispute Resolution."
