Also, I'm pleased to be speaking with Cindy Cohn on a panel moderated by Nicole Ozer (ACLU Northern California's Technology & Policy Director) at a Santa Clara County Bar Association CLE on on May 18, 2006. It will be held at Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP (390 Lytton Ave in Palo Alto). Registration is at 5:30 pm and the program is from 6-8 pm. Cindy will be speaking about the legal and practical risks of DRM based on the recent Sony BMG debacle, and I'll be speaking about legal issues in podcasting.
