NPR did a fun story about Video Blogs on Saturday, and has put some basic informaiton and about vlogging on its website, including vlogmap, freevlog, and videoblogging.info. These references can help you get started with your own vlog.
This ties into something I'm interested in writing about. I'm sarting to put together a legal guide to podcasting, and I will likely include vlogging in it too, since I expect that many of the issues will overlap. EFF recently published a Legal Guide to Blogging, which I will not duplicate. I intend to focus on the issues specifically addressed by podcasting, that are distinct from straight blogging work.
