Two new places I'm hoping to talk about this: (1) This Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law Colloquia on Personal Presses - The Legal Realities Behind the Blogging Revolution February 11, 2006 Call for Papers; and (2)I got a letter from CA Attorney General Bill Lockeyer requesting comments on whether when requesting informations from the government, evidence of attachment to a traditional media establishment is required if a person declares under penalty of perjury that the request is for a journalistic purpose (J. Craig Williams posted his letter.)
BTW: I think the letter has the question framed exactly right.
