Lucks Music case

I just learned that the DC Circuit has decided the Luck's Music Library v. Gonzalez case. Unfortunately, the outcome is a loss for plaintiffs Luck's Music and Moviecraft. Like the Golan case litigated by CIS, these plaintiffs challenged a law that created "restored" copyrights in thousands of works that had passed into the public domain many years ago.
