KCRW, my favorite radio station in LA, has started podcasting its self-produced talk programs. (Its website also offers WNYC podcasts.) The station admits that there's demand for podcasting its excellent music programming, but the station "does not encourage its listeners to download its music programs" and notes that "[l]egal constraints and copyright issues currently inhibit [its] ability to offer listeners [its] music shows as podcasts." Nevertheless, I'm psyched to try the talk-show podcasts.
