Peter Pan case: Motion to add copyright misuse claim

CIS filed a Motion to Amend the Complaint today. The new complaint filed by June Emily Somma, an author who wrote a sequel to J.M. Barrie's story Peter Pan, would add a claim for copyright misuse. Learn more about this case at the Somma v. GOSH case page.
