Opt-In Formalities are "Traditional Contours of Copyright"

My colleague, Chris Sprigman, filed the opposition brief to the Government's motion to dismiss today.  It's hard for me to imagine that "opt-in formalities" could be considered anything but a "traditional countour of copyright."  I hope this Court agrees.  Find out more about the case on Chris's blog.
