CIS East Offers Amicus Support in File Sharing case

The cyberlaw clinic over at the Berkman Center at Harvard is in the news this week with an amicus brief helping the court understand the nuts and bolts of file-sharing.  It seems unusual to submit a brief in the context of a preliminary hearing, but hey, that's why we call it practice.  Learn something new every day.  Judge Gertner, a civil rights lawyer hero, is clearly concerned about the disparate resources available to plaintiffs and defendants in this suit.
