domain name redirection

By Lauren Gelman on

April 9, 2004: Quoted in St Petersberg Times on whether the Sun City Chamber of Commerce can sue because someone registered the .com iteration and redirected it to a porn site.  My answer:  The Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act of 1999 prevents cybersquatting and the fact that the redirection is to a porn site satisfies one of the factors required to demonstrate bad faith.
