Recording industry to use less sharks, more Finns?

By Elizabeth Rader on

On October 10, DRM provider Beep Science demonstrated its live mobile DRM solution at a telecom trade show in Geneva and announced that its technology will provide the recording industry with the security it needs to allow legal peer-to-peer distribution of music files.  The company's  press release Download file
quotes executives at BMG Finland and Warner Music Finland suggesting that they might use such technology to distribute music peer-to-peer and collect payments via mobile phone messaging networks.   Intriguing.   It seems like every day there is a new announcement promising legal peer to peer music distribution.
