CIS files Collegiate Broadcasters Inc.'s Comments on CARP Reform Legislation

On April 10, 2003, the CIS Cyberlaw clinic filed CBI's comments on the proposed CARP Reform Bill, H.R. 1417, supporting the bill and suggesting certain amendments to address specific concerns of college broadcasters.
