Stanford Cyberlaw Clinic student Kalpana Srinivasan is representing the owner of QQQ100.com, a distributor of an investment strategy based on trading Nasdaq's QQQ stock. Nasdaq attorneys have demanded that the investment advisor stop using the term QQQ.
