CIS Defends Piggy Bank Businesswoman

Stanford Cyberlaw Clinic student Kalpana Srinivasan is representing the owner of piggybankofamerica.com, a small business that sells domestically produced piggy banks over the Internet. Financial services company Bank of America has sent the owner a cease and desist letter claiming that her use of the domain name infringes the bank's trademarks.
