Professor Edward Lee is a Fellow and Special Advisor to the Center for Internet and Society. Previously, he has served both as an instructor at Stanford Law School and a supervising attorney for the Center’s major litigation projects. He currently is involved in the Center’s constitutional challenge to the Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act and Section 104A of the Copyright Act, a provision that removes numerous works from the public domain granting them “restored” copyrights. He has had extensive experience in trial and appellate practice, and has a deep committment to pro bono service. Professor Lee teaches copyright, international intellectual property, and cyberlaw at The Ohio State University.
