Competition and Intellectual Property Law and Policy in the Knowledge-Based Economy

John Barton, Larry Lessig and John Place will be participating in joint hearings between the Department of Justive and the Federal Trade Commission on "Competition and Intellectual Property Law and Policy in the Knowledge-Based Economy," with several different sessions scheduled beginning in February and running through May.
