Panagiota Kelali is a Non-resident Fellow at the Center for Internet and Society. After a receiving a D.E.S.S.(LL.M.) degree in European Community Law from the University Jean Moulin, Lyon III in France Panagiota pursued and received an LL.M degree in Information Technology and Privacy Law, and soon after an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
Panagiota's research field is data protection and privacy, copyright and intellectual property and also computer crimes area. The latest Law Review article discusses the future of provisional measures in trans-national litigation, while other works in progress include research on ISP Liability for Third Party Content In the E.U., copyright protection in the digital environment in the E.U. as well as freedom of speech in cyberspace.
