Michelle Richardson is a Legislative Counsel with the American Civil Liberties Union where she focuses on national security and government transparency. She monitors and analyzes legislation and executive branch policy concerning the Patriot Act, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, cybersecurity, state secrets and the Freedom of Information Act.
