Net Neutrality.

Lessig's blog yesterday points to this public service announcement provided by Public Knowledge on the important issue of Network Neutrality. It's a short video (under 3 minutes) and gives a great description of the problem and how it affects all of us. As Lessig points out: this is not a left/right issue.

Professor Tim Wu's paper "Network Neutrality, Broadband Discrimination" provides some heavy lifting on the issues, and Wu's shorter article from earlier this month, "Why you should care about network neutrality", published in Slate, is a little more digestible for those who are looking for a brief overview of the problem in very readable terms.
