Brian Nussbaum
Brian Nussbaum is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs at the State University of New York at Albany. His research and teaching focuses on cyber threats, terrorism, homeland security, risk and intelligence analysis, and critical infrastructure protection. Dr. Nussbaum formerly served as Senior Intelligence Analyst with the New York State Office of Counter Terrorism (OCT), a part of the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES).
