As we go to press, the Supreme Court is mulling the  constitutionality of section 104 of the Copyright act which allows huge amounts of foreign public domain works to be restored to copyright protection. Hear an in-depth conversation between two lawyers on opposite sides of Golan v Holder. Learn about the ramifications of  “restoration” and how your clients can be helped or hurt by it and what–if anything–should you be doing about it.
