Tony Falzone is the Deputy General Counsel at Pinterest, where he handles intellectual property, litigation, and more. He has also served as the Director of Copyright and Fair Use at the Stanford Law School Center for Internet & Society. He has taught courses on copyright and cyberlaw, and litigated well-known copyright cases including Golan v. Holder, Fairey v. The Associated Press, and Shloss v. The Estate of James Joyce.
