We filed Plaintiffs' reply brief in support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Discovery under Rule 56(f) today. The hearing will be on August 17, before Magistrate Judge Boyd N. Boland, in Denver, Colorado.
Also on August 17, the Court will hear the government's Motion for Protective Order Staying Discovery which was filed last week. Plaintiffs opposition will be filed on August 16th.
Today we also received the government's opposition to Plaintiff's motion to amend. A hearing date has not been set for this motion.
