EU's net neutrality guidelines close 'fast lane' loopholes - but do they go too far?

"Barbara van Schewick, a law professor at Stanford Law, headed anopen letter to the European parliament, alongside companies such as KickstarterNetflix and Reddit, saying that allowing ‘fast lanes’ on the internet jeopardises the future of the startup innovation and economic growth in the EU.
