Brandy Karl is an intellectual property lawyer with a focus on copyright, telecommunications, Internet, and technology policy. She is a Non-Residential Fellow at CIS and is currently an LLM student at Georgetown University Law Center studying the intersection of international trade issues, intellectual property, and internet regulation.
