The Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School is a leader in the study of the law and policy around the Internet and other emerging technologies.
Being an Orlando resident in Central Florida myself, I love this idea. My only concern is that, if I understand this correctly, the incentive won't be enough to gain a fair number of contributors.
I'm all for less pollution, especially in my city, but I think it may take a bit more motivating for the masses to comply and get on board.
It seems as though the population that doesn't benefit from the savings wouldn't be motivated? Now while I agree that some is better than none, just trying to be realistic as well.
