The trial of J.K. Rowling's copyright claims against RDR Books concluded last Wednesday after three days of testimony. Full transcripts of each day's proceedings are attached below. The Hon. Robert P. Patterson will decide the case following post-trial submissions from the parties.

It's been many weeks without news of a judgment or ruling. As the author of a quotation book (The Literary Spy) with another one in manuscript, I'm intensely interested in this fair use trial. Anything new here?

The trial ended over three months ago and still no ruling. I'm not an expert, but that seems like a long time. What's going on?
Was a decision ever handed down in this case? I have heard nothing since the trial ended.
