Wow, this is pretty forceful stuff. Feels to me like we're at something of a breaking point if internal voices (such as those inside DOJ) are willing to speak out like this.
The Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School is a leader in the study of the law and policy around the Internet and other emerging technologies.
