Something borrowed

From time to time, my snail mailbox here contains an interesting article sent to me from Paul Lomio, one of the amazing law librarians here at SLS. Paul recently sent around an article entitled "Something Borrowed" by Malcom Gladwell (published in the New Yorker), which provides an interesting (and personal) account of events surrounding the Broadway play "Frozen." (Here's pdf copy and a link.) The article raises some good questions about plagerism, copyright, and the purpose of free speech, criticism, etc. It makes for good reading and thinking. Enjoy.
