Broadband in America: A Policy of Neglect is Not Benign

With a change in administration, this is a key moment in policymaking with respect to broadband in America. The market fundamentalists, whose liassez faire policy of the last eight years has led to the precipitous fall of the U.S. in broadband leadership, are desperate to expalin away the clear decline. The harder they try, however, the deeper the hole they dig.
