I saw this interesting article in the New York Times today about mashups and I'm really interested in the fact that Viacom comes out and affirmatively blesses these sorts of cartoon-rap music mashpus, while Disney declines comment:

I'm now at the ABA Lawyer's Professional Liability fall conference where I have been asked to speak about legal ethics and law firm blogs.

As I'm wrapping up a visit with my relatives in Switzerland, I had the opportunity to spend some time with Philipp Schroeder of DIN15 / Information Architecture & Interaction Design. I first met Philipp when he visited CIS earlier this summer through the Swiss Silicon Valley Association.
