A tasty footnote to the 2010-2011 False Marking Litigation Festival: Last week I bought a Nylabone (R) chew toy for Henry. On the back is printed the patent coverage, as well as a hand-stamped clarification of the patent's status in case looking up the patent proved to be too much of a challenge.
