Matt Drake is running for a seat on the SF Board of Supervisors for District 6. His campaign kick off party is next Thursday, May 4 (6 - 9:30 pm) @ a the very cool wine bar/art gallery Varnish (more details here). I've known Matt for several years through friends, work, and playing soccer. I encourage you to attend this event, especially those from District 6, and get to know Matt and what he stands for. His blog and website provide a lot of good information, but in the end, there's nothing like going in person and see what he's about. I think you'll be impressed.
