The Associated Press has an article on Emily Somma's Peter Pan character case in Author's suit claims copyright has expired on Peter Pan. Ms. Somma is represented by CIS. CIS Founder Lawrence Lessig, Jennifer Granick and Elizabeth Rader are working on the case.
