ACTA Communique: “ACTA is the predictably deficient product of a deeply flawed process”

Representatives from the US, the EU, Japan, South Korea, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand will convene this Monday in Lucerne for the Ninth round of ACTA negotiations.
